INFORMATION ON THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”) as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Comité de Coopération avec le Laos informs you that personal data collected via its website are recorded in a secure computerized file.

This data is used exclusively for the purposes of CCL’s associative communication activities, including the sending of information, invitations to conferences, general assemblies and other associative events, as well as the management of the newsletter and relationships with donors.

CCL may also share, through its own communication channels, information relating to events organized by other associations connected with Laos, without transferring personal data to those organizations.

ONLINE DONATIONS

Donations made via the CCL website are processed through the secure platform HelloAsso.
CCL does not have access to donors’ banking details. Payment-related data processing is subject to HelloAsso’s own privacy policy.

RECIPIENTS AND DATA RETENTION

Personal data is intended exclusively for CCL and is accessible only to authorized members of the association. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties.

Data is retained only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and may be deleted at any time upon simple request.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The collection and processing of personal data are based on the consent of the individuals concerned, which may be withdrawn at any time.

YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your personal data.
