For more than 40 years CCL has been providing assistance and technical support to communities and local partners on sustainable agriculture, natural resources management, environment, WASH, health and nutrition in the provinces of Phongsaly, Oudomxay, Luang Namtha, Xiengkhouang, Sayyabouly, Vientiane and Khammouane.

Our core objective is to enhance sustainable rural development, contribute to reduce poverty as well as food insecurity in Lao PDR. Our projects also focus on climate change resilience and natural resource management in order to ensure a better future to the most vulnerable.
