Thanouxay Keovilay is the First Secretary in charge of Economic, Commercial and Investment Affairs at the Embassy of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic in France. A career diplomat with a focus on investment promotion and international cooperation, he represents Lao PDR in various multilateral fora, including UNESCO and the OECD. He is currently dedicated to facilitating foreign direct investment into Laos’s emerging green energy and logistics sectors, leveraging the country’s strategic position within ASEAN
