
Agence de l’Eau Rhin-Meuse
The Water Agency Rhin-Meuse is a French public institution placed under the supervision of the Ministry in charge of sustainable development. Since 2005, and thanks to the Oudin-Santini law, the Water Agency can mobilise up to 1% of its budget to support international cooperation and project focussing on water access and sanitation in the Southern Countries. The Water Agency is supporting the CCL since 2013 in Oudomxay province to facilitate the building of water systems and latrines at community level.

Agence Francaise de Développement (AFD)
Brot Für die Welt
Bread for the World (BftW) is working in almost 100 countries around the world for the eradication of poverty and for more justice. Their main objective is food security. In addition, BfW acts in favor of the promotion of education and health, respect for human rights, equality between men and women. BftW is supporting CCL since 2019 for the implementation of its Action in favor of the sustainable development of the upland northern provinces of Laos.

European Union
The European Union has been supporting CCL’s Action over the last 15 years for the implementation of food security and climate adaptation projects in Phongsaly and Luang Namtha Provinces (several projects from 2008 to 2020), our Right to Food Project in Xiengkhouang (2012-2015), and the poverty reduction project in Oudomxay (2013-2017). EU is currently the main financial partner of the SCALING project.

Fédération Hospitalière de France
The French Hospital Federation was created in 1924, bringing together the French public hospitals and medical-social institutions in order to make their voice heard by the decision-makers. The FHF is a financial partner of the CAFELA project since 2021.

Fondation Ensemble
The Fondation Ensemble is a private fondation who started to support the CCL in 2013 for an integrated rural development action in Oudomxay province. The Fondation is currently supporting ours activities on biodiversity conservation in Oudomxay Province.

Hospices Civils de Lyon
With 200 years of medical history, the Civil Hospices of the City of Lyon federates 14 public medical facilities from the city of Lyon (France). As a public hospital and university hospital centre, the HCL follows the threefold aims to provide care, educate, and set up clinical research. HCL is partnering with the CAFELA project since 2021.

NTPC
The Nam Theun 2 Power Company Limited (NTPC) is "the company created to build, operate and transfer the Nam Theun 2 Hydroelectric Project for the first 25 years of its operation". Since 2017 CCL is working, in partnership with the IRAM, with the communities from the Nakay plateau that have been relocated by the Nam Theun 2 dam. This Technical Assistance to the Lao government is funded by NTPC and AFD.

Région Grand Est
The French administrative "Region" (province) Grand Est is supporting activities related to water access and sanitation in Oudomxay province, since 2013, through the technical partnership ALL-CCL.

Ville de Paris
Since 2022, the City of Paris is funding the CCL, through its program SOLIDAE (SOLIdarité Déchets Assainissement Eau Énergie), which supports solidarity project at international level, related to WASH issues and waste management. The City of Paris is supporting the CCL's project in Bolikhamxay province (Nam Sa river basin), to facilitate the building of water systems and improve the access to sanitation at community level.

WFP
The World Food Program is an UN agency dedicated to eradicate hunger in the World, that started to work in Laos in 1975. CCL and WFP started to work together in 2021, in Phongsaly province, for the follow-up of WFP's school meal program.
