About CCL

Comité de Coopération avec Laos (CCL) is a French Non-Governmental Organization based in Vientiane in Laos. Our main goal is to enhance the rural development and contribute to the poverty alleviation in Lao PDR. We have been implementing rural development programs in the Northern uplands since 1980 in order to improve the livelihoods of local communities, especially poor families and women from ethnic minorities in remote areas.

What We Do

Over the past 40 years, we have been providing support and strengthen the capacities of communities and local partners on sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, environment, sustainable livelihoods, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), health and nutrition in the provinces of Phongsaly, Oudomxay, Luang Namtha, Xiengkhouang, Sayyabouly, Vientiane and Khammouane.
